Alrighty, let's start off with the positive:

Your technique in using the pencils is absolutely superb. The values are incredibly smooth- smoother than often I achieve, admittedly- and you really did well capturing black, white, and all shades in between. The way you captured the details, too, is absolutely spectacular. I can really see how much work you put into the belt, the ornaments in his hair, and everything else, which really makes a lasting impression on the piece.

The overall proportions of the body itself also looks correct as compared to the original reference photo.

Originality I marked low because, well, it's not incredibly original. I say this as a fan artist, and it's something us fan artists must acknowledge. Still, putting aside originality for practice and personal amusement is fine in my book.

What you need to work on most is the face. While there is a resemblance to Jack, it's not quite there. The lips are too elongated, and there is something not quite right about the eyes- I think it is the bags under the eyes, especially the one on our right. You got the eye shadow, but not enough of the natural shadow, which is rather dark in the ref. I think the largest issue with the face is that it's too wide in areas. It looks like you made the mustache a little too long, and then based the face on it, thus making it a bit too wide. Make the lips, mustache, and width of face less long and I think it'll look more like him.
